Holding graduate degrees in Applied Mathematics and Creative Writing, Ro is a left brain/right brain kind of a guy... After a short stint in the world of finance, Ro joined the faculty of the prestigious recording arts school, Full Sail University in Orlando, where he developed the Business Statistics course applied to the music and film industries. In 2017, he moved to Los Angeles, where be continued teaching classes in Business Statistics for the LA Film School. In 2019, he decided to pivot into management, and launched Klef$ Music Ventures LLC. A walking encyclopedia of show biz stats, Ro is passionate about brand development, data mining, and a true advocate for artists’ rights.

NASTY DA HOOLIGAN

Manager

Hip-Hop/Rap, R&B 

Nasty Da Hooligan is a talent manager, songwriter, rapper, and brand-consultant. Following ten years of honorable service as a combat engineer for the US Marine Corps, Nasty decided to pursue a career in showbiz. After winning the prestigious rap competition Coast 2 Coast in 2017, he decided to relocate to Los Angeles, to both gain an education in the field of music business, as well as start his career as a rapper/talent manager. In 2020, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Business from the Los Angeles Film School, and immediately joined KMV as the head talent manager for all Hip-Hop/Rap artists.

NIKKI MAY

VP for Strategic Partnerships

An LA native, Nikki got her start working for several Silicon Valley start-ups and most recently she has landed in the Media, Advertising and Marketing space. She’s led and trained teams overseas, and fulfilled corporate and tech recruitment & HR needs. Currently she is overseeing KMV’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives. With an extensive knowledge of the Hip-Hop and R&B scene, and a deep passion for Black culture and music, Nikki has joined KMV as Operations and Communication Director.

ELIJA BLACKMON

Producer, Content Development

Elijah Blackmon (Eli) is a musician, composer, and producer originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Throughout high school, Eli honed his skills while working and performing live at various venues such as Cain’s Ballroom, The Vanguard Tulsa, and Guthrie Green. During his senior year, he attended Tulsa Tech to expand his knowledge of audio engineering and earn his Pro Tools certification, and immediately started recording, mixing, and mastering songs for various artists in the Tulsa music scene. In 2019, he moved to LA to attend the Los Angeles Recording School, from where he graduated with a Bachelor in Audio Production. At KMV, he has produced multiple tracks for B-Zaro, as well as serving as content development supervisor for the other artists.

THE WAHB LIFE

Composers + Producers 

WAHB is an acronym for White Asian Hispanic Black, a slogan embodying the belief in breaking down ethnic barriers through the love of music. Hidden behind the moniker is a producing duo made of Damien Penner and Timothy Nguyen. The WAHBs have been producing for over five years, working with artists like Kali Uchis, Jesse Rutherford, MC Juice and many more. What sets Damien and Timothy’s beats apart from the norm is their unique cross-genre sound, which blends various styles of music into dynamic tracks that leave the listener wanting to hear more.

EMMANUEL EL-HELOU

Composer + Producer 

A graduate of the San Francisco State University with a BA in Broadcast Arts and Audio Production, Emm worked as a composer and engineer at Bleeding Fingers Music alongside some of the industry’s most influential composers, including Hans Zimmer and Jacob Shea. His music credits include working on TV shows such as Planet Earth II, America’s Got Talent , and Ru Paul’s Drag Race . With a diverse set of composing skills and a passion for cinematic soundscapes, Emm brings a unique creative insight and top of the line producing skills to each project.

PRIZMADELIK

Producer + Recording Engineer 

Andrew N. Reyes, (p.k.a. Prizmadelik), is a producer, audio engineer, and musician. An LA native, Andrew attended the School of Audio Engineering in Hollywood, where he honed his producing skills at high levels of creative and technical excellence. He was immediately hired at Stones Throw Studios, where he had the chance of recording artists such as Peanut Butter Wolf, Orion Sun, MNDSGN, Kiefer, and more. His productions are infused with echoes to a wide range of genres, from Hip-Hop, Lo-Fi, R&B, to Neo Soul, and Jazz.

TONY BLADE

Recording, Mixing + Mastering Engineer 

Tony Blade is a pro-level recording, mixing, and mastering engineer. Upon graduating from the LA Recording School, Tony opened his own studio in Hollywood, where he worked with clients from Atlantic, Epic, and Def Jam. He’s been part of industry camps, and contributed to the recording process of records for A-list artists such as Rihanna, Post Malone, Roddy Rich, Nipsey Hussle, and Jhene Aiko. With a keen ear for elevating vocal performance and a thorough knowledge of technical specs, Tony remains KMV’s go-to mixing and mastering engineer.

NANDO COSTA

Mixing/Mastering Engineer

Nando Costa is a LA-based mixing and mastering engineer. Born in Brazil, Nando holds a degree in music production and engineering from the Berklee College of Music. For the past fifteen years, he has honed his craft across multiple genres, having worked with Grammy Award winners, nominees, and marque names on the Latin music scene, such as Milton Nascimento, Emmerson Nogueira, Stanley Jordan, Jesus Molina, Daniel Figueiredo, Caetano Brasil, and Rouge among others. In 2020, he received his first Latin Grammy nomination in the category Best Instrumental Album for his engineering contribution to the album "Cartografias" by Caetano Brasil.
